Can you believe we are in December already! It’s not long until Christmas now, but thankfully I got all my Christmas shopping done early this year, and I just finished wrapping everything up this weekend. So at least I don’t have to worry about that anymore.
I have a fun Christmas card to share with you all today, and this was made using the gorgeous Ring Frame die from Simon Says Stamp. When I saw this gorgeous card that Joy Taylor made with it, I knew it would be a must have die. I can see myself creating lots of different cards with this fun die, in all different types of themes.
I started by die cutting a panel of metallic white cardstock using the stitched frame die from the Bundle of Stitches die collection by SSS. On a smaller piece of metallic cardstock I then stamped and heat embossed my sentiment using gold embossing powder. Next I die cut the ring frame from some white glitter cardstock and again from some different patterned papers from the Tinsel & Company 6 x 6 paper pad by Teresa Collins. Finally I pieced all the patterned paper circles into the ring frame and adhered it to my card base using some adhesive foam to give the ring frame some height. Lastly, I added a metal snowflake charm and a gold enamel dot for embellishment, before sticking my sentiment onto to the card.
I’ve got a few more Christmas cards to finish off and share with you all, so stay tuned. Also there is a fun blog hop coming up in which I get to share with you all my winning World Card Making Day entry, so be sure to stop by here on 4 December!
Have an awesome day!
