Happy Wednesday! We are now half way through the week, so before you know it the weekend will be here! It’s supposed to be very wet and storm here this week so it will definitely be a great time to spend a little while in the craft room.
Today’s card I have to share is CAS birthday card I created for one of my girls’ friends whose birthday it was recently. With Unicorns all the rage at the moment and being a last-minute thing, I quickly put together a simple birthday card using the fun Be a Unicorn stamp and die set by Avery Elle.
I created this card by first cutting a small square of plain white cardstock, as well as a square of white glitter cardstock to layer together at an angle, to create a focal point for my unicorn. I then stamped and paper pieced the unicorn using more glitter cardstock before adhering it to the card using adhesive foam. Finally I stamped the sentiment to the card base just below the angled square, and added some rhinestone stars for embellishment.
A super quick and cute card for a last-minute birthday!
Have a great day and thank you for stopping by.
