Let’s Chill Out This Summer!

Hi Again!

Today I’m sharing another card I created using this week’s colour combo from the Online Summer Card Camp 2011 and lots of fun Hero Arts stamps for the current Hero Arts monthly challenge.

There are so many ways to interpret this colour combo so for my next card I decided to use the orange as the main colour and work the others in somehow.  Let me tell you, it was a challenge!  I’m still not sure if I actually like the way this card turned out – these aren’t exactly what I would call my ‘strong’ colours! Anyway, let me know what you think.

Supplies: Hero Arts Stamps (Life of the Party Dots (CG298) & Let’s Chill (CL438)), Tsukineko Memento Ink (Tuxedo Black), Tim Holtz Distress Ink (Spiced Marmalade), Cardstock (White), Hero Arts: Hero Hues Layering Paper (Poppy), Hero Arts: Hero Hues Print Flowers (Foliage), Hero Arts: Hero Hues Mixed Accents (Blush), Copic Sketch Markers (Sanguine (YR18), Pale Yellow (Y11) & Cadmium Yellow (YR15)) and Ranger Glossy Accents.

I hope you are all enjoying your day wherever you are.  It’s absolutely freezing here today and I’m so glad the weekend is almost here!

See you all soon 🙂

Fun and fabulous this is! Infact I could use that drink now — It’s 31 degrees with humidity here in Canada! Wonderful job!
