I hope you all had a great weekend? We spent the weekend down south with my family which was somewhat nice. Unfortunately my granddad is terminally ill, so we all headed down to spend some time with him, and so the great grandkids could all spend time with him.
He is such an amazing man and we all love him so much. It’s hard to write this, but at the moment crafting is the only thing that can keep my mind occupied, otherwise I’ll end up breaking down in tears, so I thought I’d try to keep my mind occupied by sharing an anniversary card with you all.
To create this card I started by stamping my sentiment to the middle of my card base, before stamping some floral elements down onto the right hand corner of my card base. I then stamped another blue flower onto a separate piece of cardstock, so that I could die cut it out and stick it onto my floral arrangement with some adhesive foam, to give the corner of the card a bit of height and dimension.
Finally, I added some clear droplet embellishments as well as embellishing the centre of the raised flower with an adhesive rhinestone.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope to be back soon with another card share, but please bear with me while we go through this tough time.
Thank you so much for your support.
