I’m popping in again today to quickly share a card I created over the weekend for the current MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge. Here is the sketch for the challenge:
For my card I used the Magical Unicorns stamp and die sets to create this fun birthday card.
To create this card I started by first cutting a smaller panel of white cardstock to adhere to my card base, as well as a strip of patterned paper from the Lucky Prints Paper Pack, and sticking that down onto my card. Next I stamped, coloured and die cut the images for my card before covering them glitter using a clear Wink of Stella pen. Once the images were dry I then stuck them down onto my card, using adhesive foam on the unicorn to give it a bit of dimension, and just plain glue tape for the rainbow. I stamped my sentiment onto some left over white card stock and trimmed that down to size before sticking that to my card also using adhesive foam. Finally, I then embellished the card with some clear sequins.
Here is a better angle of the card showing the shimmer/glitter I put on the unicorn and the rainbow:
I love how shimmery the card is in real life! Time for me to go and sneak in some more craft time before I have to go pick the kiddos up from school!
Enjoy the rest of your day!
